• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial advantage technology.
• Exploiting game errors or technical issues.
• Colluding with other users or exploiting the bonus system.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language when contacting the support team.
• Providing false identity or fraudulent information.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate suspension or closure of the account, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

8. Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

If a technical error in any game affects the outcome, okvk reserves the right to void the result of that round. The records of the game software provider will be considered the final evidence.
